Genesis Health System to Meet with Area Vendors

(DAVENPORT, Iowa) – A representative from Genesis Health System will meet with local vendors and suppliers at the next DavenportOne Chamber’s “A Chance to Meet…” program on Tuesday, May 20, at DHCU Community Credit Union, 1900 52nd Ave., Moline. Lisa Rogalski, purchasing manager, will be discussing how local vendors and suppliers can get in the door and do business with Genesis Health System.
Rogalski will be discussing what products and services Genesis Health System is seeking and the steps required to win the business. Some supplies and services Genesis is seeking include, but are not limited to: office supplies; maintenance supplies and services; linens; construction materials, including electrical, mechanical and flooring; furniture; vehicles; cell phones; and grocery and floral.
Registration begins at 7:45 a.m. and the program is from 8:00 a.m.-9:00 a.m. The cost for the program is $10 paid in advance or $15 at the door for chamber members and $20 for non-members. “A Chance to Meet…” is designed to give smaller business vendors and suppliers the opportunity to meet the purchasing decision-makers from larger corporations and government entities. A different company or entity will be highlighted each month, September though July. The programs are usually held the third Tuesday of each month.
